About GOLDEN GIRLS episodes

Many of you who love TV series of the 80s may have heard about The Golden Girls. This is a hilarious sitcom of the 80s that revolves around the ups and downs four retired, old women go through during their retired life.

Most of The Golden Girls episodes tend to follow a similar format. Basically what happens in each of these Golden Girls episodes is, one or more of the women are involved in a problem that may involve men, family members or some ethical problem.

While in the midst of this problem, The Golden Girls gather around the kitchen table, to discuss the problem on hand. This usually takes place late at night, and is usually carried out while they eat their favorite dessert, cheesecake or some other dessert.

Going down memory lane

The next thing that usually happens in all The Golden Girls episodes is, one of the girls will start relating an incident that had taken place in her life. This incident is usually related to the problem at hand.

However occasionally, Rose has been famous for cocking up some nonsense story that will in no way be connected with the problem on hand. Sometimes even Sophia ends up telling some outrageous, cock and bull story, which usually starts with 'picture it', to follow with the location and year of the story.

Blanche's stories in The Golden Girls episodes usually involved her romantic escapades with so many men or her life during her growing years in the South. Rose's stories are usually related to her time in St. Olaf, her hometown. Her stories usually start with 'Back in St. Olaf'.

You will never mind seeing Golden Girls episodes

Sometimes, The Golden Girls episodes include some flashbacks while the girls recount the many experiences they had gone through together. After all this, at the end of the episode, the conflict that was in their minds is usually resolved.

With four old women together, you can imagine the number of true, and imaginary stories they can come up with to create so many interesting, comical and exciting Golden Girls episodes you wouldn't mind watching again and again.
